Li Hao, a teacher with China's Tianjin Vocational Institute, said he felt very proud to participate in the Luban Workshop program. He was among the first batch of Chinese teachers dispatched to D. Serikbayev East Kazakhstan Technical University in Kazakhstan in May 2023.
